Recording & Sharing

• Background recording processing — Recording conversion no longer freezes the UI. You can keep talking or start a new recording while your clip is being processed.
• Silence removal — Optional "Remove silence" checkbox trims long pauses from your recordings for cleaner, shorter exports.
• Silence removal in clip share panel — "Remove silence" checkbox directly in the clip share panel so you can trim pauses before sharing.
• Social clip auto-save on disconnect — If you disconnect while recording a clip, it auto-saves so you can share it before leaving.
• TikTok and Instagram share buttons — Share clips to TikTok and Instagram (copy link for captions).
• Better link previews for shared clips — Shared clip links show a branded image when posted on social media.
• Share counts in My Clips — See how many times each clip has been shared (e.g. "12 plays · 5 shares").
• Unsaved recording warning — The browser warns you before closing if you have a recording you haven't downloaded or shared.
• Encoding progress toast — Visual feedback when your recording is being converted in the background.

Transcription

Clearer feedback when you speak.

• Transcription when muted — When AutoMute is on and you speak, you see "👤 You (muted): [your words]" instead of a generic message, so you know your words were captured.

Conversation Quality

Improvements to how conversations feel and flow.

• Transcription debounce — Rapid speech is merged into a single turn instead of triggering multiple responses.
• Topic transition improvements — When a new topic is injected, co-hosts move on instead of circling back to old topics.
• Topic queue clearing — Clear Topics and Stop buttons now properly clear the textarea and persist the empty state.
• LLM output cleanup — Co-hosts no longer repeat internal speaker labels or talk as if an absent co-host is present.

Personalization

Mixer UX & Controls

Clearer interface and more control over playback.

• Pause After button — Let the current audio finish, then pause automatically.
• Simple / Advanced view — Toggle between a simplified view for new users and full controls for power users.
• Queue control fixes — Skip and Clear now stop currently playing audio on the client. Queue tooltips describe each button.

Pre-Show Brief & Topic Queue

Better preparation and control over conversation topics.

• Pre-Show Brief — Add guest info, talking points, and episode goals before or during a conversation. Co-hosts use this context in their responses (Pro+).
• Topic queue # comments — Lines starting with # in the topic list are section headers or notes; they're not sent to the AI.

New credit system: add credits when you want us to cover AI and voice, or plug in your own provider keys and skip that side of the meter.

• Your own API keys — In Settings you can use the AI and voice providers you already pay for directly. PodNami credits are only used when you’re leaning on our hosted access—not when those steps run on your keys.
